MISSION
TRIPS & FUNDRAISING
This
year we had to change the way we raise funds and pay for mission
trips. Each youth that participates in a mission trip will
have to pay or raise the funds for their entire camp fee
($250).
As
always, scholarships and discounts will be available for any family
needing assistance and especially those with multiple children with
the understanding that an earnest attempt should be made to raise as
much as possible to offset the actual cost of the trip.
There
are lots of opportunities for youth to raise funds including:
working at Parents Night Out, selling hams and desserts for
Christmas, selling mulch and flowers in the spring, writing a
support letter, and many more. All the money raised with each
fundraiser will be divided among those youth who participate in that
fundraiser. Each youth will receive all the profit from the
items they sell with the hams, desserts, mulch, and flowers.
